Interior: Vondelkerkstraat, Amsterdam

This timeless and sophisticated kitchen design on the Vondelkerkstraat in Amsterdam maximizes light and creates a social gathering space, made by local craftsmen and using sustainable materials. Satin seashell cabinets, warm European oak and Belgian hardstone worktop with chiseled edge create the basis for a timeless, warm and durable design, which consists of an L-form kitchen with bar, shelving, and window seating. The kitchen drawers are made from European birch wood.

The house is the container of desires and rituals, a place of retreat from the outside world, catering to the feeling of familiarity and safety.”
